My husband and I recently got land to put our future home in. We always said we wanted a double wide trailer and they are amazing inside they are very spacious and beautiful they look like a house! But we’ve had people tell us the winds will be scary and hurricane season won’t be any better in a trailer. So now we kind of want to build a home instead, we’d end up paying around the same price and obviously a home is more “safe” for hurricanes and all that crazy weather in our area. But a trailer is the faster process to moving and we are really running out of space in our RV with our two kids! Any advise from people that have already gone through this?😫
