Baby was a week overdue, born Valentine's Day at 12:02 am. He's now 7 hours into 5th day and I have had absolutely nothing to give him. I really wanted to at least try to breastfeed but haven't even been able to try!

Small back story- I've always thought I would have issues breastfeeding with my left because it stopped developing when I was about 13. Didn't keep growing like the right side, (stayed a full A cup while the other is a D cup, bra shopping is a nightmare) and my nipple stayed a "bud" instead of getting larger and flatter. So I've always worried I didn't have milk ducts or something on that side. Fast forward to becoming pregnant, I asked the OB I saw for my first visit (who does a full body exam on the first visit) of there was a problem with them. She said as long as that's how they've always been, that's probably just the way my body decided to do it and that she highly doubted there would be issues with breastfeeding due to development. Now 7 1/2 months later, there's nothing coming from either !

They made no changes during pregnancy, there's been no changes so far since birth. No pain , inflammation,

So just curious when /if you have had your milk come in.
