Struggling to lose

I’m 5’2” and 197, 3 pounds from the heaviest I’ve ever been. I lead a pretty active lifestyle, I’m a waitress so I’m on my feet anywhere between 4-12 hours 4 days a week and I go to the gym 3 days a week. I try to make healthy choices in what I eat. I’ve been actively trying to lose weight the last two weeks but have done nothing but gained weight! Any advice would be much appreciated.
