Gender question

It's perfectly normal.

My baby was upside down too at my last ultrasound (10w+4d). So hopefully in the next couple of weeks when I have another one, baby's position will be changed. 

Mine was like this at both previous ultrasounds too

When I was 13 weeks I got an ultrasound (my doctor does one for every appointment) and the baby was upside down and in a downward dog yoga pose. My doctor said it's normal because babies are small at that point and have a lot of room and positions to explore. When I went back 2 weeks ago at my 16 week appointment, baby was flipped back over and ready to be confirmed as a girl! Don't be worried, babies move around a lot!

My baby was upside down like that at our ultrasound on Friday. He flipped over though halfway through and we were able to see he was a boy! :)
