Maybe pregnant??
My fiancée and I have been together for 4 years, and this is the first time we have consider pregnancy after a missed period nothing to be afraid of. That this might be something that we want.
That being said, I missed my period, and am very much hoping to be pregnant. What are some of the first signs besides a missed period?? No answer is a stupid answer, and any help is worth mentioning! Thank you! ❤️
