I’ve asked to reduce my hours at work but they jeep rejecting my request, my supervisor basically said I need to stop being lazy and work the hours I was hired for. I’m 37+3 weeks, sit for 8 hours a day and car handle it anymore. My body is so uncomfortable I can’t take it anymore. It’s effecting my work ethic and I have no motivation to get up for work. Anyways, I’m debating if I should stay or if I should take my leave now. I’ve been dilated at a 3 since 34 weeks and I’m 99.9% sure she is engaged now just by how I’m feeling so she can literally come anytime. My friend is comparing her pregnancy to mine talking about how she stayed until she gave birth and crap but every women and pregnancy is different 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’ve paid all my bills for this month and will have enough for rent next month but I wouldn’t be able to spend it on eating out or extra things but I have everything I need so I’m going to tell my work I’m taking my leave. When did you take yours?

Edit: I won’t be getting paid for the whole time I’m on leave and I don’t plan on taking the whole 6 weeks.
