My January period basically didn’t happen it was so delayed (no biological possibility of being pregnant).

I then went on the “mini pill” for the first time at the start of Feb and suddenly got the period HEAVY. Ever since the period finished I’ve still had spotting and cramps and nausea, the cramps being quite bad at times.

Should I be worried, or is this simply breakthrough bleeding? It’s the fact I’ve got bad cramps too and the cramps have been horrendous the last few periods (part of the reason I’m on the pill) that I’m concerned.
