Car naps anyone??

Question

Im 6 weeks 1 day, and I work a job with very long hours. I just started in with nausea yesterday, not fun at all, and I have been feeling so extremely fatigued.  It's making it very difficult to work and yesterday I had to break down and take a nap in my car during my lunch hour. Anyone else trying to work a full time job and finding the struggle is extra real? Im so hoping and praying I can get past this 😖😴🤢😴😖

I am absolutely exhausted.  I had to leave work yesterday which I never do but I couldn’t hold it together anymore. I went home and slept for 2 hours. Then picked my daughter up from daycare. I went back to sleep for 9-6:30
This morning. And I feel like I haven’t slept at all !! I don’t remember feeling this fatigued in my first pregnancy. It’s hard to get through a work day.

I have been taking car naps during my lunch break since last week! Lol

I seriously thought about bringing my pillow and doing this... if only our parking lot wasn't so small.. I'm sure everyone would wonder if I was okay or did I die in the car. I go home for lunch and try to lay down but only get an hour so it doesn't even feel like I rested before I'm having to drive back.... 6 weeks today

I am a caregiver. I work 9am-11pm. I find myself almost falling asleep..which is a BIG no no..I’m so exhausted I could cry. I need energy!!

Omg I wish I got a lunch hour! We get 25 minutes 😒. I teach hs and we get the same lunch as the kids get.
Some days (like today) I just don’t know how to get through even one more period.

I took a nap at my desk yesterday 😂 Head down on my arms, I felt like I was back in school lol
