Any of you ladies have postpartum?

I just find myself crying and worrying all day!

Just because you’re weepy and worried doesn’t necessarily indicate postpartum! I have postpartum anxiety and my doctor put me on meds immediately after birth due to back to back panic attacks that were debilitating and now after a week the meds have done wonders and my hormones in combination are also lowering making it more manageable for me. There is about a possible 2 week period where hormones are still depleting rapidly that are called “baby blues” that are really really common. If your moods are not constant and it’s not debilitating in any way I wouldn’t worry quite yet as it can be completely normal! Now if it is debilitating or you’re still feeling the same level after 2 weeks absolutely talk to your doctor to het counseling and/or medications!

I'm just mad as hell because after I was released from the hospital from having my son I went back to the hospital 5 days later . I had to stay 3 days and I'm breastfeeding so that sucked ass. The medicine in my iv causes headaches and the CT test they did blew a vein in my good arm . So they had to restick me in the other arm which was very painful and they still had to draw blood from the blown arm. So when I went home I was covered in bruises and had a headache for 2 days . Then my oldest gets sick turns out its flu the whole house except baby gets the flu . I haven't gotten a decent rest since I been home. On top of that the baby has a bad rash on his thighs so ,it irritates him when we change his diaper.

I’m definitely having baby blues! My hubby went back to work today and I cried like 5 times already because I wasn’t ready for him to go back. Baby is 6 days btw.
