help with taxes?

Hey y’all. so i filed 2/8/18 and i haven’t gotten an email that my stuff has been accepted. the first screenshot below is what the page would look like everytime i checked. now the status bar isn’t even there when i have checked this week. what does that mean? and why are they taking so long to accept my taxes? some people get accepted in 1 day. i’m so confused and worried. I’ve tried the mobile app to see if the status bar is there and it’s not.. not even on safari. if that makes any sense. opinions?
