Im around seven weeks pregnant (or so I thought) and went for an ultrasound today due to bleeding and having cramps. They couldn’t see the baby through ultrasound so did an internal scan. Again they couldn’t see the baby or any signs of pregnancy. They didn’t give me any answers as to what had happened or if I had lost the baby, just that the pregnancy was in an unknown location. They ruled out a ectopic pregnancy. Any one else been through something like this? I’m so scared and don’t know what to think??
