heading into potty training! 😰 Trying to prepare myself!

Don’t push it too hard. If he/she isn’t ready, stop for a while and try again later. With my oldest I kept trying on and off to potty train him starting 18 months. He didn’t start getting the hang of it until just before his 3rd birthday but was 100% daytime and nighttime potty trained in less than 2 months with little effort on my part.

For my daughter, I dedicated a long weekend. I kept her full of fluids, clean panties and chased her around with the swifter 🤣 But don't get stressed if she doesn't catch on, it may take a little while.

Be patient that’s the number 1 for me and second you have to be really up to it cuz you have to keep bringing your child every 10 mins or so to try to make them even if they don’t want to. Every child is different so a 2 y/o might be ready but not a 3 y/o or vice versa. I tried wit my daughter when she was 2 but she wan’t ready but she was at 3 and it went well with no rewarding or anything.
