I have tried several things these last couple years (cleaning thoroughly, drying thoroughly, trying not to over clean, pat drying, lotion, etc.) Now that it is in a new spot I’m a little concerned.

I am having a really hard time being able to see the picture, but possibly eczema? Or maybe even a little fungal infection? You could try lotramin on it and see how that does
