Is it weird to wear your bra as a swimsuit?

I’ve seen people do this. It looks tacky. 
But whatever i mean it doesn’t show anything more than a bikini? 
Seeing someone in their bra is such a personal thing but seeing them in a swim suit is so different?😂 society is weird as fuck. 
But again imo it looks bad. Idk why I think that, it just does. Plus it’s not swim wear and will get heavy and soggy and no.
