Help!! In pain

I’m 21w and notice when I lift up my legs or move a certain way my cervix/vagina or pelvic bone hurts! I was admitted Sunday night for it also cuz my blood pressure was high. They were more concern for my blood pressure and the next day let me go. Didn’t realize until I went home to shower the pain was still there. I have an appt tomorrow morning but I’m hoping someone can ease my mind and tell me what they think it is or know what it is.

It’s like a dull pain. Kind of a horrible ache or sore.
