Rocky Mountain BBT
My bbt is always up and down on my chart. It's always between 96.3 and 97.0 degrees except for ovulation it goes above 97 degrees. (If the chart is right and the above 97 temps are ovulation)
It jumps. One morning 96.3 the next 96.9 the next 96.5 etc... Is this normal?
I see other example charts and everyday is usually like 0.1 degree off and stays in the same range.
