So I'm going to the doctor tomorrow but I need some suggestions about what this may be first.. A couple weeks ago I started waking up in the middle of the night and couldnt breathe and pressure in my chest and stomach. This has been happening since then. Right now I'm seeing a tiny black speck and it's like my eyes are following it. I've seen it for the past hour or so. I've also been sleeping a lot lately and no energy to do anything. What could this be??
