Help with pumping?

I can only pump about 1.5oz and that’s on a good session. I know I have plenty supply because I can hand express more after pumping or feeding. Plus, my sons weight is good. Any tips for better flow?

I don’t respond to a pump hardly at all I have to use the haakaa to get me a freezer stash! And I get like 4 oz on my good boob and 2 from my slacker with it!

The pediatrician told me that we have more supply of milk during the hours of 2-4am. Idk why, but of course who wants to wake up during that time when we need our sleep lol. But in all honestly, I got 5oz one night and that never happens! Definitely works if you’re willing to get up 😁

I’ve read/tried a warm compress before & during your pumping session, as well as massaging your breasts before/during! I can say the warm compress helped initiate my slacker boob into a quicker let down & the massage helped put out an extra OZ then normal!!

I’m having the same issue. I’m starting to pump after every feeding, hasn’t done much yet, but I’ll let you know. I also try to eat as much oatmeal as I can, usually one bowl a day. I’m most likely going to pick up some sort of supplement this week. I know my baby is eating enough, just can’t get enough pumped to store anything. Good luck!

I usually only get 1.5-2oz a side but I also usually pump after a feed which might be wrong
