lexapro side effects

this is the first med i’ve ever been on, it’s been about 3 days and i’m already seeing side effects. one that worries me a lot is headaches/head pressure. i’ve had continuous head pressure the past few days i’ve been on it, and its really been bugging me. i took two ibuprofen a few hours ago to help it, and it did for maybe 2 hours, and now it’s back. is this a normal side effect? has anyone else had it? my anxiety also seems to have increased rather than gone down. i had frequent, bad panic attacks before i started the medication, but now i’ve had one every night since i’ve started & my anxiety in general has increased & become more constant than it already was. is this normal? has anyone else had these experiences on lexapro? i’m scared :(
