Who hunts??

So this is my first year hunting. my husband is an avid hunter for 20 years. and he wanted a hunting buddy so I said I'd try it but no guarantees I'd like it. I'm kinda nervous. tho my bow shots are dead on.

Killing Gods creatures who are living in their habitat. I dont see it as a sport or fun in anyway. Sorry but its disgusting. What inside your head makes you feel that you can smile after killing a poor defenceless animal

If you use the entire creature and simply do it for food or other necessary things then I'm OK with it. Those people that kill just to kill disgust me. Its wrong to just go out and kill for no reason

My husband and I went hunting for the first time together. We hunted wild boar which are invasive and extremely dangerous and destructive here in Florida. We went to a local business that buys the hogs that are trapped in public areas and moved to their enclosed land so hunters can pay to hunt them there. Not only did we use all parts of the animal, we also supported a local small business. We haven't been since but I really enjoyed it. I would never hunt or hurt something that I wouldn't make full use of. Real hunters which are also responsible hunters don't waste their kill, they make use of as mugh of it as possible. It is also possible to donate unwanted fresh meat or kill to local shelters to feed those that are homeless or needy. Hunting is a past time that goes back forever. There are people out there that are wasteful but that is not a representation of all hunters.

I've done it before, in my town it's a norm.. I really want to go this season or at least go to the range, not a great bow hunter but amazing shot with a gun, but can't since lead and back fire risks that could hurt my baby inside me.. I have to pass this time..
