Baby is 9 weeks old and exclusively on breastmilk. She had this stool this morning and has been spitting up more than usual. The spit up looks and feels like water. Thank you for any advice!

Mucus is the body's reaction to something it doesn't like- mucus in poop is like the GI version of a runny nose. Did your LO start any new meds or vitamins recently? Or did you?

That is what my babies poop looks like and shes exclusively breastfed as well
