Positive Antibodies

So I’m O- and have two sweet girls who are both O- and O+ . I’ve received the Rhgl shot before and with my second more than once , but I’ve never received a positive test of antibodies before . I’m reading that once the test is positive the shot won’t help and you may have to be closely monitored . The fact that my body is fighting against the positive is so disheartening . Knowing that it’s a sweet baby in there . Anyone have any success stories with positive antibodies ?
