I’m so made because we bd so many days thinking I probably ovulated and now I think I’ll get my positive opk this afternoon (nearly positive at 8:30 am) and we didn’t bd last night because we were tired (the struggle is real y’all). Did I mess up? I know it’s important to have sperm waiting for the egg. Do you think theirs hope if I get a positive opk around noon today?

The day you get your positive is the most important day to bd because you’ll then ovulate 12-36 hours later.

Just take opk everyday hun to make sure you catch that egg for real as the apps an be off sometimes

Sperm can live in your body up to 5 days (usually around 3) so there’s a chance you’ve already got something there waiting for the egg if you ov today. You can bd tonight and/or tomorrow as extra precaution, but I get the struggle. It’s exhausting!
