Anxiety
So I am a first time mother and like others I worry. I wouldn’t call it a worry though, more so like I feel uneducated about a lot of things. Before I cook or go out I find myself googling the food I intend on eating with the word first trimester next to it to see what I find. Can anyone give advice or tips? Or just a general idea of the things I should stay away from? I’m really big on fruits and google told me I can’t eat watermelon 😩😢
