Can I say this?

My 4 week old is driving me nuts. He will not stop crying! I know he’s tired and I’ve tried everything- rocking him, walking him, sound machine, laying him down, rock n play, bouncer, over the shoulder. I love him but my heart can’t handle this non-stop crying/screaming. I feel guilty for being so frustrated. Anyone else? BTW When can babies put themselves to sleep?
