Im miserable!!

Okay first of all. I'm blessed to be pregnant with twins right now. Dont get me wrong. I'm not ungrateful or anything.

But for some reason I'm experiencing hell right now. My past 2 pregnancies were just 1 baby and I loved it yeah I had bad morning sickness but I didnt mind I would still work and do stuff at home.

This time the morning sickness is hurting so bad when I have an empty stomach. and i can't even drink water without throwing it up I'm always in pain everywhere. Uterus area. Back. Ribs. These headaches are killer too. And I had to quit my job because of all the pain and everything I'm experiencing. Hellppppp why am I miserable ?? Is it just me ? 😭😭😭😭😭
