Postpartum non penetrative sex ??

Has or is anyone else doing everything but ?? 
I’m 5 weeks PP and have been doing things with my partner just not actual sex... i just want to know if I’m the only one 😂

I want to so badly.. But he Won't !!!
I didn't have a C-Section & I didn't have to get stitches.. 
But he keeps saying "No", not until I'm all the way better down there. And he's like.. It hasn't been 6 wks yet.
I've never waited for an entire 6 wks with my Other 2 children & my Ex-Husband (saying that because, I'm not use to waiting the entire 6 wks PP)
I wanna ask him if he waited that long with his
 Ex -Wife, cause at this point, I'm just fetting in my Feelings about it. But, I don't wanna stir up Anything bad, or bring it up.
I feel he's not being fair to me. I keep saying, Im fine & I'm ready.
I feel like I'm gonna a burst wide open if I don't get it Soon
