According to my OB office pull out is the least effective method of pregnancy prevention and I personally know a few pre-cum/pull out babies. Definitely get on the pill or something more effective.

Withdrawal means you’re relying entirely on him to do it right. 
Men *suck* at doing withdrawal correctly and consistently. Never mind that if he had leftover sperm in his urethra from a prior ejaculation, it would mix with his preseminal fluid and that alone could make its way up prior to ejaculation.
Condoms need to be used if you’re wanting to prevent pregnancy. Withdrawal just isn’t reliable.
