Anyone cramp after ovulation?

Ovulated on my left side and have been having cramps there, they’re pretty mild. Just wondering if this is normal! I’m 4dpo

Yes! I am 7dpo and have been cramping for the past 3-4 days. I too hope this is a good sign! 🤞

How do you know you ovulated left side? I’m having mild cramping on the left side as well. I haven’t got a positive opk this month (I always do CD15) and today is my CD23. No clue why the pain
