So my MIL is threatening grandparent rights because we don’t allow her or her boyfriend to be around or to see our child mainly because she is a drug addict. She came to the hospital high when my son was born, disrespects our marriage,got on Facebook and started to degrade me then 50 other people who don’t even know me started to as well. I’m scared to death thinking this lady could be allowed to see my child. She would never get any form of rights would she? I know this is probably a really stupid question but I’m legitimately terrified because I don’t want my son to be in harms way.
