Plan b then Depo shot

I went in Jan 29th for depo shot. They asked if I had recently took plan B which I said no to. I said no for two reasons I felt embarrassed that I did so so recently after my baby and also didn’t want to have to wait for the depo. So since the 29th I’ve been spotting. Then I got my period which is now 9 days long. I really regret not telling me cause I wouldn’t be in this situation. Has anybody been in this situation before and what happened to you ?? Did you continue the second round of depo ?
