How long are your babies’ naps during the day?

And when is the “last nap” before bed time?? 
Everyone always asks about the night time routine but now I’m wondering what everyone does for a daytime schedule also!

Babies shouldn’t be awake more than 60-90 minutes. So, if baby’s bed time is at 8 last nap should end at 6:30-7, followed by a feeding and awake time and back to bed for the night at 8.
This is what I try to do. If my baby is awake much longer than an hour at a time he gets pretty fussy. His naps at the longest are about 2 hours (in the perfect world every nap would be 2 hours) but some are as short as like 15 minutes.

We get up when my husband gets home from work at about 530am,  then we take a nap from 7-830/9ish,  then sometimes a short one from 11-1130. In the afternoon he usually takes a long one from 1/130- 3/4. Then daddy gets up to go to work.  Then sometimes there's another nap from 530/6-7. Bedtime is at 830 or so.  He usually sleeps a 5 hour stretch and then a 3-4 hour stretch.   Almost 8 weeks old.

My little guy is breast fed on demand so he usually naps any where from 1 hours to 3ish but usually some where in between the two during the day. Night time is where we really get our long stretches in thankfully.

My baby sleeps every two hours day and night. Sometimes at night she would go three hours, but usually it’s 2 hours. I try to get her ready for bed by 8

My daughter isn’t napping as long throughout the day now. Maybe about 2-3 hours total. Her last nap is usually around 4:30 or so and she goes to bed around 8.

I kind of let her call the shots but her last nap is usually 5pm to 7pm and then I wake and feed and get her ready for bed. Yesterday she was up almost all day, today she wants to rest and sleep. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Dang! I’m looking at all these other posters about their kiddos and my child is nothing like the others bedtimes! My kiddo is 6wks old now. She sleeps 2-3 hour stretches during the day. Eats around 9p and goes to bed around 10p-12a then wakes up to eat at 3:30-4a then sleeps again until 8-9a. But then again, our kiddo has no thyroid which affects her sleep level even while on Synthroid
