Mowing while pregnant

I mowed our half acre lawn today with a push mower without thinking if it would be harmful to the babe or not. Of course I googled it immediately after and saw varying answers. I'm a little freaked out by the ones that say no the placenta could detach due to the vibrations. I have a doctors appointment in a few days but will be driving myself crazy until then. Anyone have experience with this?! Thanks in advance!
