Workout Problems

So I work our 5 times a week and usually work to target my booty and legs tummy etc and when I workout I just don’t feel like it’s working, I workout till I can’t anymore but I think to myself this is pointless because it’s not working, it doesn’t feel like it’s working, I’ve been working out for three weeks and I know I won’t see any results yet but it just depresses me, anyone wanna give me some motive talk or advice why I feel like this?

I do exercise like fire hydrants, donkey kicks, squats, lunges, leg raises, sit ups etc idk
