Girllllll. NOO NO NOOO. Using cheap eyeshadow pallets or any cheap makeup is a bad BAD idea! Especially anything that goes near your eyes. Sure the price is pretty but it can have some really unpleasant outcomes. Most cheap makeup products are made with unhealthy ingredients and cause horrible reactions. I literally cannot stress how DANGEROUS it is to use those products. I promise you it's better to spend alittle exta $$ and get a good pallet or two than to risk damaging your skin or eyes.
