Anyone else????

Question

Ive had some pretty uncomfortable back pain and hip pain and everytime I use the bathroom I feel like my bits are gonna split open. The baby has moved plenty but i also cant tell the difference between the movements and braxton hicks. Sometimes the baby wont just kick or whatever but it seems like a whole body movement....is anyone else feeling any of this?????

I rarely get “kicks”. Honestly haven’t really felt kicks this whole pregnancy.
What I normally feel is full body rolls. Or elbows and knees pushing against my stomach. Kinda Like a big knot rolling from one side to the other. 
Doctor said it’s totally normal. As far as Braxton Hicks go, my whole stomach will completely tighten for a good 10-15 seconds and then release,

From my understanding Braxton Hicks resolve with position changes, increase in water & laying on your left side. What you have going on might be something else
