Mommy to a 3 month old
I gained a lot while pregnant and I’m still 20 pounds over my prebaby weight I’m 160 and 5’1 I feel like I don’t have enough time in the world to work out so diet is what I’m leaning towards what are some good diets to follow that don’t take up a lot of time I really do not want to count calories or carbs either
I work 12hr days so sometimes times are limited I used to meal prep and drink breakfast smoothies and detox that’s how I kept weight off before
