Pregnant but no positive?

Hi mommas. I’m 5 months PP, and for the past week or so have been feeling SO nauseous and had a huge headache. Took a test but it was negative. Has this happened to anyone else?

I felt like that about a month ago. Period was 2 weeks late, vomiting, headaches, cravings, negative tests. I was in the midst of deciding to quit my job to be a SAHM so I got a blood test done before making the decision and sure enough it was negative. Just a super intense hormone spike during either a late O or before AF, my OB said.

I randomly got sick like that too but not pregnant. It was weird and I didn’t find out what caused it 🤔
