AF due, cramping on left side, but nothing..

I remember with my son, I had the worst AF cramps ever on the day my period was suppose to come. I was hunched over the car seat because the pain was unbearable. Came home and got an instant positive.

With my daughter, they could not pick her up on a stick or with a blood test. They thought I was having an ectopic pregnancy until I went in at 9 weeks and there she was hiding in a corner on the u/s.

I hate to get my hopes up this time, but I’m just having cramps on the left side and sore boobs. Those could be signs she’s coming tonight though 😏

Anyone else have cramps the day of their AF and be pregnant?
