My baby is 2 weeks old and I'm trying to get on a bit of a schedule when nursing (for my sanity). Currently I've been nursing every 3 hrs and a few "snacks" when needed. Last night we tried two 4 hour stretches because she is so sleepy when I nurse every 3 hrs at night. She was ready to nurse at the first 4 hour mark and about 3.5hrs after that. She usually takes about 1 hour 15 minutes for a full feeding. I go back to work in 4 more weeks.

-What have you found works best for you?

-Does your baby poo every feeding? (Mine is usually quite fussy and has a pretty good poo during every feeding).
