I cant take it! Week 2 migraine nausea etc..

So this is week 2 straight of migraines I made post of before doctor have tried everything said only cause is hormone surge I can not take this anymore I have a 2 yr old and I cant even function in light the noise I cant open my eye I keep throwing up from how bad it is its comes and goes also when the baby moves I'm starting to leak some clear fluid only here and there and have heartburn 24/7 any advice I'm set to have him March 11th that's just not soon enough 😡😟 can I ask them to take him now
