Post Baby Body 😠

Okay so I didn’t gain much in my pregnancy, just my stomach stretched and I pretty much lost it all instantly. The one thing I have left is that damn kangaroo pouch from my stomach stretching so much (8lb,11oz baby)

He is now 8 weeks old and I want my body back and better than ever I’m lacking confidence and it doesn’t help my bf makes fun of me

Does anyone have tips on how to target that kangaroo pouch and get a TIGHT tummy I’ve been trying 😢
