Heavy feeling in uterus

For those who have got their BFP did any of you experience a heavy bloated feeling in your uterus?

This is the only "symptom" I have had but it's not something I have felt before. Wondering if anyone else felt something similar and got a BFP

AF is due tomorrow so hoping she does not show
