Is -1 station ideal? Does that mean baby is dropped?

YES.  Stations start at -5 and go to 0 then +5.  At +5 baby’s head is crowning.  Means baby is pretty darn close to making an appearance!!!! 🤗 best of luck!!

Baby is engaged at 0 station. The number starts negative, -5, and progresses till you reach 0 station where your baby is ready. Then the number goes into the positive as they descend through the birth canal. It'll go up to 5 and baby is ready to come out
