Change baby’s diaper on public dining table?

So...a girl I work with just posted on Facebook that she changed her child’s dirty diaper on a KFC table in front of paying customers since there was no changing table in the ladies room.

I personally think that is wrong. People could possibly get E. coli from it! I’m sure the health department would have a fit! I told her to buy a diaper bag and use a changing pad or blanket, that way she wouldn’t have to use the floor or a table.

How do you ladies feel about this?
