Upset stomach?
All day today I have had an upset stomach. I'm worried that if I'm feeling sick in my stomach that it could make my baby sick. I can't figure out what's causing it. I don't want it to be food poisoning or something scary like that. I was going to call my obgyn tomorrow but I'm wondering if I should see about it tonight after work. Any suggestions?
