I'm at a complete loss here. I have two kids from a previous marriage and my partner and I have two kids together and we have another on the way. I buy all groceries with my own money and cook dinner on my own. This is the second time my partner makes a giant plate of food and completely wastes it because of a comment I make or something I do. The first time it happened, I cooked dinner even though I felt super sick and could barely move. I simply asked him to dish it out and feed the kids while I lay down in the other room. All hell breaks loose with the kids, screaming, crying, dog knocks a plate of food on the floor, partner comes in yelling he needs my help. His full untouched plate of dinner sits on the counter because he "lost his appetite" fast-forward to tonight. I make a dinner and naturally he is serving himself first layering spaghetti sauce on the bottom of his bowl then addingnoodles on top then another layer of sauce... I kindly remind him that 3 of the kids plates haven't even been made up and he gets super upset tosses plate on the counter and storms away. While we are all eating, he goes into the kitchen amd tosses the full plate of food into the sink. Naturally my kids turn on the sink and completely dose the food in water and dirty dishes rendering it complete garbage. I'm so annoyed and frustrated!!! Why is he acting like such a child?! I pay all the bills and groceries, he pays for rent and that's it so he sees no problem wasting the food because he's having a tantrum. This dinner was my kids favorite and they can't even get the leftovers in their lunch for tmw because he wasted it! Ugh
