Fertile week- long post

So in December I had a faint positive pregnancy test. After that they started showing negative. On January 2nd I had a bad cramping and felt a gush so I checked and I started bleeding and it was really heavy. I saw my doctor the 4th and she said it sounds like it was a chemical pregnancy. The week I was fertile i had terrible nausea and fatigued badly. Didn’t have it last month but this week is my fertile week and I have been feeling awful again. I had EWCM today and low abdominal cramping like I did in December. Is that an indication that pregnancy could happen this month again? It sounds silly but I don’t have many people to talk to.
