Yeast infection?

So the past few weeks I've been dealing with asthma problems which causes me to leak and have incontinence problems and I have to wear diapers all the time I started to feel kind of a rash from wearing the diapers but now it's starting to itch I know that's a total tell for a yeast infection but when I wipe nothing comes off on the toilet paper and it doesn't burn when I pee is it still a yeast infection? Can you get a yeast infection from wearing pads or diapers like that?

I should also say when I put on calmaseptine ointment it seems to lessen the itching
