Help are theses contractions?

I’m having period cramps in my pelvis area it’s manageable but still hurts it’s off and on and the pain also in my lower back and legs I’m 35 weeks pregnant could theses be contractions

If you’re having 6+ contractions in an hour, that take your breath away, go in to ob triage/labor and delivery to be checked. After 34 weeks however they won’t aggressively try and stop labor. Maybe try having some water 12-16oz and lay on your left side and see if they stop.
